WHOLE SLVCE Pizza is a collaboration between Travis and Ari, owners of Falora Pizza, a Tucson favorite since 2013. The new concept pays homage to a city both called home: New York, with its wonderful artisan street food, especially "slice joints." Ari grew up with NYC as his backyard, Travis cut his culinary teeth working with some of the most flavorful chefs in the City's vibrant dough scene, notably at Sullivan Street Bakery.
SLVCE brings forth our passion for slow-fermentation, top-shelf ingredients, plant-based creativity: we'll be slinging large pies and slices from a triple-deck oven. As with Falora, emphasis is given to environment, service, price-point. Walk right up to this newest addition in the burgeoning Westside Mercado District, we look forward to serving you delicious and creative 'zza!
